These terms apply to all cleaning services booked with FitSpot Cleaning Services Sdn. Bhd. (Reg. No. 202201038847 (1482556-K)), whether arranged through fitspot.my, by phone, email or WhatsApp. By confirming a booking you accept these terms.
1. Quotes and Bookings
All quotes are fixed prices based on the information you provide about your property — type, size, condition and requested scope. If the property differs materially from the description (for example, significantly heavier soiling or additional rooms), we will discuss a revised price before starting work. A booking is confirmed when we send you a written confirmation with date, time and price.
2. Access and Site Conditions
You agree to provide access to the property at the agreed time, along with working electricity and running water. If our crew cannot access the property within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation. Please secure pets during the visit and inform us in advance of any fragile, valuable or hazardous items.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellation
- Rescheduling or cancellation more than 24 hours before the visit — free of charge.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the visit — 30% of the quoted price.
- Cancellation on arrival or failure to provide access — 50% of the quoted price.
We reserve the right to reschedule in cases of severe weather, crew illness or other events beyond our control, and will notify you as early as possible.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless credit terms are agreed in writing (commercial contracts are invoiced monthly). We accept bank transfer, DuitNow, and major e-wallets. Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Our Guarantee
If any part of the agreed scope is not completed to standard, notify us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no cost. Where a re-clean is not practical, we will refund the affected portion of the price as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Liability
We carry public liability insurance covering accidental damage caused by our crew. Any claim must be reported within 48 hours of the visit with reasonable evidence. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement value of the damaged item, and we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or damage resulting from inherent defects in materials or surfaces (for example, unstable dyes or perished sealant).
7. Staff
All cleaners are employees of FitSpot. You agree not to directly engage any FitSpot staff member for private cleaning work within 12 months of their last visit to your property, other than through FitSpot.
8. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
