What Your Contract Covers
- Workstations, meeting rooms and reception areas
- Pantry and washroom cleaning with consumables top-up
- Floor care: vacuuming, mopping and periodic machine scrubbing
- Glass partitions, doors and high-touch point sanitising
- Waste management and recycling separation
- Monthly supervisor inspection with written report
Flexible Commercial Arrangements
From a two-desk studio to a full floor in KL Sentral, we shape the schedule around your operations — before opening, after closing or during quiet hours.
Daily contract. A dedicated cleaner or team on weekday mornings or evenings. Fixed monthly fee from RM1,600 for offices up to 3,000 sq ft.
Scheduled visits. Two or three visits weekly for smaller offices and co-working suites. From RM220 per visit, supplies included.
One-off & periodic. Pre-audit cleans, carpet extraction, event turnaround and festive-break deep cleans, quoted per job.
All commercial work is invoiced monthly with SST-compliant documentation. Staff are uniformed FitSpot employees covered by SOCSO and public liability insurance.
